Ultraviolet is going to be an unforgettable and intimate evening of live music, dancing and a silent auction with a few items that are sure to pique your curiosity. This fundraiser is to help support the York/Sheridan Joint Program in Design graduate show, Wonderlust, from May 10-13, 2009.
For the past eight years, the York/Sheridan Joint Program in Design graduating class has collaborated to produce a design exhibition that takes place for a week during the month of April. In the months leading up to the show, students are responsible for helping produce all aspects of the show. In order to hold the show in a community location, there is a lot of funding involved in the overall preparation and execution of the event. It costs approximately $50,000 to run a show of this size and magnitude - one half of funding comes from a required fee from the graduating students and the other half is acquired through fundraising activities such as Ultraviolet.
The success of the YSDN graduate show is possible only through the many sponsors, guests and donors who extend their support each year. Show your support for the Toronto student arts community and buy your tickets today!
